Part 8:

Cast on 24 stitches on 5.5mm needles in colour 2.

This is a 4 row repeating pattern:

1 – Knit 2, purl 2 – repeat over the whole row.
2 – Purl 2, knit 2 – repeat over the whole row.
3 – Purl 2, knit 2 – repeat over the whole row.
4 – Knit 2, purl 2 – repeat over the whole row.

Repeat these rows 8 times. Cast off all stitches with a 30cm yarn tail remaining.

Cast on 24 stitches on 5.5mm needles in colour 1.

This is a single row repeating pattern:

Knit 1, purl 1 – repeat over the whole row.

Complete 34 rows.

Cast off all stitches with a 30cm yarn tail remaining.

My apologies for this half of the MKAL being late… I had surgery, and in my idiocy, I scheduled everything for the wrong dates, then couldn’t figure out how to fix it…. (I’m fine… stitches out tomorrow, wear your sunscreen folks)
