The Knit Guru

Well…. I should be painting the spare room…. but I lack enthusiasm for the next coat.  Sigh.  Will do that tomorrow after work. 

So I wanted pancakes for breakfast, but am out of maple syrup (how do I only remember these things when I am NOT in the supermarket….)…. I do however have ample lemons growing on the tree outside.  So I made crepes!

Not the prettiest crepes ever made- but they have loads of fresh lemon juice and only a teaspoon of sugar… so I was kinda impressed with myself there.  And…. I have extra crepes for bento’s later on.  😀
