Well…. it’s back to school/work tomorrow.  The weekend is never long enough…. or perhaps it is, but I end up doing things I feel like, rather than the things that need doing.

As we replaced the panini press recently, and the weather is cooler than it has been… Toasties were again in order.

The husband was less than impressed with his one (not toasted sandwiches again…. ) whereas mine was perfect to snack on while I typed. 😀

In the first bit are seedless grapes and orange segments, centre has baked bean toasties on whole grain bread, and the last segment has cucumber slices and carrot sticks with hummus.
