Well, lunch has been soup for AGES now. And I loves it.

The food tech teacher has been making mass loads of soup for everyone, which is not only incredibly sweet, but delicious! And I have taken to making a load of soup. In particular, the Kumara (sweet potato) and Leek soup has been a genius moment.

Today was more Kumara and Leek soup, with a bread roll, gingerbread muffin (recipe to follow at some point), mandarin, kiwi fruit, nuts and dried bananas. The soup in a flask is barely visible… But delicious.
