Well, our trip is all paid for, we are heading to London, Paris and Sydney in September! It's very exciting, especially as it is the first flight for some kids, the first overseas trip for others, and the first trip to the UK for most of the group.

We are continuing our efforts to fundraise, as we would love to eat. Personally I am keen for as many French pasteries as I can cram in my mouth…. But that is just me. All money we raise between now and when we go is going towards our meal fund.

Tomorrow we are going to be at the Matariki market at Featherston School, with a group stall, helping out, and some of us with our own stall spaces, showing artworks and crafts. Come along from 10:00am to 1:00pm, and have a look for those in red and black sporting our rosettes. This is still a wee bit nerve wracking, as it's only my second market, but it's also really exciting.
