   You can never have too many tomatoes. I put them on pizza, pasta bake, fish, chops and patties Ialso chop them and put about 1/2 a cup into freezer bags and have plenty for when they are out of season and the prices skyrocket. I also do the same with my other fruit and veg when they are in season… no use to waste it……..Ros

      You are so right! I have a freezer full, so many jarred varieties, and my chickens are eating well. So are the neighbours, the cooking class at the local school, and pretty much all of my husbands workmates.
