Aroha Knits is again running the #5shawls5days challenge.  I signed up in a heartbeat, as it was such a good learning experience last year.

Today was Day 1, the triangular shawl.  So I sat down with my needles and watched a “Bones” re-run and cranked out the basic design.  I had thought about one of the alternatives, but as I needed a slap in the face to follow the rules, as I am dreadful at just making things up as I go along.

4 days to go, with a few alternative options as well.  Not sure which I will take… but I am looking forward to comparing this years ones to last years.
