I made this Bookvest based on the cover of the Penguin Classics – for one of my favourite works, “Hamlet”. It was a total hit when wearing it at a yarn event, and a book event.
If you would like to make your own, I figured I would share the chart. I haven’t written down the pattern for the vest, but you can adapt the chart to fit within any of your favourite vest patterns.

This is fabulous! As a knitting bookseller it is utterly seductive. One question, the chart indicates Orange A and Orange B, but I can’t seem to discern where one is used vs. the other. Old eyes…
Omg! I hadn’t noticed that in the chart 🤦♀️ there’s only one orange. It’s just a 3 colour knit. I used Cascade Merino in Persimmon, Fenugreek and Jet for the 3 shades.
