Doctor Who Tardis iPad Cozy – Knitting Pattern

Published by

on

On Friday I impulse-bought Tardis yarn from a sale bin. Yesterday this was made. This cozy will fit over an iPad with a hard shell back or fitted case already.

It’s not too Tardisy- yet has enough to be recognised. It also is reminiscent of River Songs diary, so it has that going for it too.

You will need:
2 balls of Tardis blue yarn (dk) – or one big ball… The balls I had were approx 75m long
Black yarn
3 buttons (I used blue stars for travelling through space and time.).
4.5mm needles

To make this as River Songs Diary:
Do not change to black: remain using blue
Instead of buttons, stitch on a red ribbon to tie through the button holes.

When you say ribbing, do you mean 1×1 or 2×2 ribbing?

You can do either. I tend to go with the 1×1 most of the time.
