5+ a Day Challenge: Monday

Well, I made it through one day. And I am pleased so far. While I still wanted to eat deep fried, high sugary goodness in amidst assessing the end of terms work, I didn’t.

Breakfast
1 serving peaches
Special K

Lunch
Lasagne (vegetarian) 1 vege serving
Kiwi fruit
Mandarin

Snacks
Mixed nuts
Cheese and crackers

Dinner
Mushroom and Leek soup 1 vege serving.


I’m being fairly tight on the soup and lasagne, just to be fair. The soup has loads of mushrooms that evidently count as vege, but I’ve kept it conservative.

Tomorrow I shall attempt a banana!
