Cupcake Brooch Knitting Pattern

Cupcakes have dominated my thoughts of late, and this one is completely free of calories…. Okay, so you can only decorate yourself with it, but it looks delicious!

It’s knitted on 3 double pointed needles. I think it’s trickier than the heart pattern, but a similar process… I recommend making a heart first.
Mini heart
Larger heart

This brooch is a homage to a hat that is being given away by the International Geek Girls Penpal Club for their first anniversary. The winner of the giveaway will have a brand new cupcake beanie sent to them by me, and a design that I’ve kept top secret.

For this brooch, you will need:
3 x 4mm dpn
DK yarn in yellow, white and red
