Alright, so I’m writing a play about road cones…. And I’m going to obsess for a while. So while no one is asking, here is a crochet pattern for a road cone….

You will need:
- Orange and white yarn
- Crochet hook sized smaller than the yarn requests
- Scissors and a darning needle.
- With orange yarn 6sc in a magic ring
- Sc (6)
- Change to white. 1sc, inc (9)
- Sc
- Change to orange – 2sc, inc (12)
- Sc
- Change to white – 3sc, inc (15)
- Sc
- Change to orange – 4sc, inc (18)
- Sc
- 5sc, inc (21)
- Sc
- 6sc, inc (24)
- Sc
- Base plate – sc, hdc, dc, (3tc in one stitch), dc, hdc – repeat 3 more times to get 4 corners. (32)
- 4sc, (3sc in one stitch), 7sc, (3sc in one stitch), 7sc, (3sc in one stitch), 7sc, (3sc in one stitch, 3sc
- Ss into next stitch. Cut yarn. Pull through to close.
Darn in your ends.
